This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and safeguard information in connection with the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected directly by SteelCore Growth LLC through the Services and does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that may be linked to or integrated with the Services.

1. Information We Collect

SteelCore Growth LLC collects information through web forms and interactions. We may collect personal and business information that you voluntarily provide when you register for an account, request information, purchase Services, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with the Platform. This information may include your name, business name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, login credentials, and other contact or account-related details.

When you subscribe to paid Services, billing and payment information is collected and processed by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe. SteelCore Growth does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on its own servers.

In the course of using the Services, you may upload, create, store, or process data relating to your business, customers, leads, or contacts. This may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, communication history, recordings, messages, files, images, and other information that you choose to store or transmit through the Platform. You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to collect, use, and share such data.

SteelCore Growth LLC may also collect technical, diagnostic, and usage information automatically when you access or use the Services. This information may include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, timestamps, log files, error reports, and activity records. Certain login or session information may be stored using cookies or similar technologies to facilitate authentication, security, and platform functionality.

2. How We Use Information

SteelCore Growth LLC uses the information it collects to operate, maintain, and provide the Services. This includes creating and managing accounts, enabling platform features, processing transactions, delivering communications, providing customer support, and responding to inquiries or service requests.

Information may be used to administer billing, manage subscriptions, send administrative notices, and communicate service-related updates. We may also use information to monitor usage, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Technical, diagnostic, and usage information may be analyzed to maintain the security and integrity of the Platform, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, enhance user experience, and develop new features or functionality.

SteelCore Growth LLC does not sell personal information to third parties. Information is not used for third-party advertising purposes unrelated to the Services.

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

SteelCore Growth LLC may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about how users access and interact with the Services. These technologies help us operate the Platform, maintain security, remember user preferences, and improve overall functionality and performance.

Information collected through these technologies may include browser type, browser language, device type, operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, referring and exit pages, date and time of access, and interactions with the Services. This information is used for analytical and operational purposes and does not by itself identify an individual.

We may use third-party analytics services, such as Google Analytics, to monitor and analyze usage of the Services, diagnose technical issues, and improve user experience. These analytics providers may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies. SteelCore Growth LLC does not control how third-party analytics providers collect or use information.

You may configure your browser settings to refuse or limit cookies; however, doing so may affect the availability or functionality of certain features of the Services.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

SteelCore Growth LLC DOES NOT sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information only as described in this Privacy Policy and only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate and provide the Services.

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers and vendors who assist us in delivering the Services, including providers of hosting, data storage, analytics, payment processing, customer support, telecommunications, and infrastructure services. These service providers are permitted to access information only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect the confidentiality and security of such information.

Information may be shared with telecommunications carriers, messaging aggregators, and related vendors as necessary to deliver SMS, MMS, voice calls, call tracking, and call recording functionality. Such disclosures are required to operate communication services and are subject to carrier and regulatory requirements.

We may disclose information if we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, subpoenas, court orders, or governmental requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SteelCore Growth LLC, our users, or others. This includes disclosures made in connection with fraud prevention, security investigations, or enforcement of our Terms and Conditions. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text message originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with third parties.

Test message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Test Message Services.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, information collected through the Services may be transferred as part of the transaction. Any successor entity will continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy unless and until it is updated in accordance with its terms.

5. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Services may integrate with or rely upon third-party platforms, software, application programming interfaces (APIs), and service providers that are not operated or controlled by SteelCore Growth LLC. These third-party services may include payment processors, telecommunications carriers, messaging providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, email services, and external platforms selected or authorized by you.

You acknowledge that third-party services operate under their own terms, policies, and privacy practices. SteelCore Growth LLC does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, data handling, security measures, or content of third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable provider.

Links or integrations provided through the Services are offered solely for convenience and functionality. The inclusion of any third-party service does not imply endorsement by SteelCore Growth LLC. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorized disclosure of information resulting from your interaction with third-party services.

6. Client Data and End-User Responsibility

SteelCore Growth LLC provides the Services as a platform for businesses to manage their own customer relationships and communications. You acknowledge that you, as a client, are the controller of any personal information relating to your customers, leads, or contacts that you upload to or process through the Services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all personal information you collect, store, or transmit through the Services has been obtained lawfully and with appropriate notice and consent. This includes compliance with all applicable privacy, data protection, and communications laws and regulations.

SteelCore Growth LLC processes client-provided data solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Services and does not determine the purposes or means of processing such data beyond what is necessary to deliver the Platform. We do not independently verify the accuracy, legality, or consent status of client-provided data.

Any requests from your customers or contacts regarding their personal information, including requests for access, correction, or deletion, are your responsibility. SteelCore Growth LLC shall not be responsible for responding to such requests except as required by law or as necessary to support the operation of the Services.

7. SMS, Call, and Communication Data

The Services may enable the transmission, receipt, storage, and processing of communications, including SMS messages, MMS messages, voice calls, call recordings, emails, and related metadata. Such communication data may include phone numbers, message content, call duration, timestamps, routing information, and recordings where applicable.

SteelCore Growth LLC processes communication data solely for the purpose of delivering and operating the Services. Communication data may be transmitted through third-party telecommunications carriers, messaging aggregators, and service providers as required to facilitate message delivery, call routing, call tracking, and recording functionality.

You acknowledge that laws and regulations governing electronic communications, call recording, and messaging vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable consent, notice, disclosure, and record-keeping requirements, including requirements related to call recording and messaging opt-in and opt-out mechanisms. SteelCore Growth LLC does not monitor or verify your compliance with such requirements and disclaims responsibility for violations arising from your communications.

Communication data may be retained for operational, compliance, security, or troubleshooting purposes in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. Delivery of messages or calls is not guaranteed and may be subject to carrier filtering, blocking, or enforcement actions beyond the control of SteelCore Growth LLC.

SteelCore Growth LLC requires that all SMS communications sent through the Services are based on proper consent obtained by the client from the message recipient. Consent must be obtained through clear and conspicuous opt-in methods, which may include web forms, online booking forms, written agreements, or other documented consent mechanisms where the recipient voluntarily provides their phone number and agrees to receive communications.

By providing a phone number and opting in, recipients consent to receive informational or marketing messages as described at the point of opt-in. Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of the interaction. Message and data rates may apply based on the recipient’s mobile carrier plan.

Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. Upon receipt of a valid opt-out request, messaging to that phone number will be discontinued in accordance with applicable laws and carrier requirements.

SMS consent and opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Such information is used solely for the purpose of delivering requested communications and operating the Services.

Clients are solely responsible for maintaining records of consent and ensuring compliance with all applicable messaging laws and regulations.

8. Data Retention

SteelCore Growth LLC retains information collected through the Services for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business purposes.

Information associated with an active account is generally retained for the duration of the account. Upon cancellation or termination of an account, information may be deleted or anonymized after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal, regulatory, backup, and operational requirements.

You acknowledge that while SteelCore Growth LLC makes reasonable efforts to delete data following account termination, certain information may persist for a limited period in backup systems or archival storage. SteelCore Growth is not responsible for delays in deletion caused by technical, legal, or operational constraints.

You are solely responsible for exporting or retaining copies of your data prior to account cancellation or termination.

These measures may include access controls, encryption, monitoring, and security procedures appropriate to the nature of the information and the Services provided.

You acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While SteelCore Growth LLC strives to protect information using commercially reasonable safeguards, we do not guarantee absolute security. You use the Services at your own risk.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for restricting access to your account. SteelCore Growth LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard login information or from activity conducted by authorized users under your account.
